Final inspection & testing of variety of products like Signal converter, Temperature controller, Proximity sensor switches, Electronic speed switches, Anemometer, Temperature scanner, Bag filter controller as per standard QA checklist & filled QA reports.
Training new members for any kind of QA related work & making QA records.
PCB designing, Windows based Protel software.

Making Bill of material as per customer approval drawing by using ERP system Matrix software & given to purchase dept.
By studying customer approval drawing planned Material master, Assembly master, Model defination & preparing bill of material of products Belt conveyor, Chain conveyor, Screw conveyor, Stacker, Slide gates, Diverter, Elecrtic & Pneumatic switches.
Planning to purchase material by studying technical specification of Gear motor, belt, chain, sprockets, bearing, coupling, hardware, sheets, electronics sensor & switches.

Instructing students doing hands-on activity science based experiments.
Arranging & managing material for Teacher Training Program.
Conducting various social awareness programs & science educational programs like Science fair, Community Visit, TTP, Camp, Science club.
